Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please check on the availability tab to make sure your date is open or an earlier date if you plan to freeze the cookies and then fill out the form on the custom order page.
Q: How much are cookies?
A: Cookies are priced based on size and complexity. For a more detailed look at pricing see the guidelines on the pricing page.
Q: How much notice do you need for an order?
A: For custom cookies, its never too early to get your order in. Dates tend to fill up quickly and months in advance. Please see the availability page to check your date and then fill out a custom order form. I need two weeks notice for custom cookies. Occasionally, I can do a rush order with a week’s notice but a $20 rush fee is charge in addition to the cost of the cookies.
Q: Do you provide nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or gluten-free cookies?
A: My kitchen is not nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or gluten-free. If you have such allergies, please order from a different allergen-free certified kitchen.
Q: Do you ship cookies?
A: My cookies are local pick up only. I can direct you to many great resources about shipping cookies.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, pick up only.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due within 72hours of the invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not fully booked until paid in full. For very large orders, I require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. All deposits are put towards the total cost of the cookies.
Q: Do you make other flavors?
A: I typically make traditional vanilla cookies because they are a crowd pleaser. For custom cookies, I can make other flavors but they are subject to availability and size of the order. Lemon, chocolate, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, chocolate chip and funfetti are an additional cost.
Q: How do cookie pick-ups work?
A: For holiday sets and flash sales, I always post the pick-up date and time windows at the time of the sale. If the time frame doesn’t work for you, let me know and we can arrange something else. All cookies are picked up at my home in Westfield. The address is on the invoice and I will also send a email reminding you of pick ups. Prepaid orders can also be left in the cookie box if it is prearranged.
